Actually, LED flood light is a kind of spot light, which controls lighting by built-in microchip. It is only suitable for small area lighting, and the light source is applied to LED. Even though there's not much difference between LED Flood Light and led high bay in installation, it's still worthy for use learning the process.
Firstly, make sure the fixture in perfect condition.
Before installing LED Flood Light, it is suggested to check the fixture carefully to ensure the quality after installation. There are several items that need check, including whether the feature has no damage in appearance and the accessories are all in readiness, especially purchase invoice. In this way, if the quality of fixture exist some problem, it is able to contact customer service.
Secondly, get prepared for installation.
After check the appearance of fixture, get prepared for installation. According to the installation drawing which is provided by manufactory, test whether the fixture works well or not. In addition, get ready for all the tools and materials that need to use during installation.
Thirdly, fix and connect wire.
After arrange the position of fixture, it needs to fix and connect wire. Most of LED Flood Light is applied in outdoor lighting; therefore, it's important to promise the wire waterproof.
Finally, test light to ensure the quality of fixture.
After fix the fixture, use a multi meter to test the circuit to promise the wiring is totally correct and there's no short circuit. Then connect it into power to test light. Try to make it light a little long period of time and review it several times.
