Secondly, check the power inverter in the back of LED high bay. We could directly disassemble it from LED high bay, connect power and check voltage or current with multi meter. If the power inverter is damaged, we could buy a new one to change because it's very cheap.
Thirdly, if there's no problem with power inverter, we could switch multi meter into voltage output gear. Then put in the positive and negative electrode of corresponding lamp and check whether work or not. Change lamp if it is not bright.
