Life time

1. LED lamp beads can't match with driven power. In normal condition, single 1W lamp bead can bear 280-300mA current and 3.0-3.4V voltage. If the chip of lamp bead is less than 1W, the bulbs would flicker. When the current is so high that bead can't bear any more, the built-in gold wiring or copper wiring may be blown out. As a result, the bead can't light up.

2. The driven power is out of order. If so, change another one in good condition, the flicker phenomenon of LED Flood Lighting bulbs would disappear immediately.

3. If the driven power has the function of over-temperature protection while the thermal diffusivity of material doesn't satisfy the demand, it would appear flicker when the over-temperature protection working. For example, a 50W case is assembled 100W flood lighting bulb. Obviously, the heat dissipation device can't work in normal at this moment.

4. If outdoor bulbs flicker now and then, the bulb must be inflow water. After flicker for a while, the bead and power were broken. Only change the bead of LED Flood Lighting bulbs at once on condition that there's no problem with the water proof.

The Application of LED Light’s Color Temperature and CRI

The color temperature of a LED light source is described the absolute temperature which is equal or close to the black-body radiator. It is expressed by the symbol K, a unit of measure for temperature based on the Kelvin scale. Different color temperature would cause people's different reflection in emotion. It is always divided into three categories:

1. Warm Color: the color temperature of warm color is below 3300K. As for the color rendering index (CRI), it refers to the extent of display that light source aims at object color. In other words, it means the realistic degree of color. The higher the CRI is, the better the light source displays about color and the color we see is much closer to natural color. On the contrary, if the CRI is low, the light source displays weak about color and the color we see has a large deviation.

Is LED Light Good for Eyes?

LED Light, as the new generation of environmental protection light source in the 21 century, isn't bad for eyes or bodies. However, whatever it is, a thing turns into its opposite if don't use it accurately. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the following problems during use.

1. Don't look directly at the LED Light
The luminous intensity of LED Light is relatively high so that it is a good choice to use it as fixture. However, it is not suitable to directly irradiate eyes. The color rendering index of LED light is higher than traditional light. What's more, it is energy saving and long life time. Therefore, it is fit for fixture. It is suggested to purchase LED Light with frosted lampshade.
2. Application
There are many kinds of LED light in the market and most of them are used in decoration. The most common of indoor LED Light is blue light chip and yellow fluorescent powder, but it may be hurt eyes during reading because there are two much blue light in it. Even though advanced LED light has red, green and blue light and the CRI is over 80, it's not fit for reading.
3. Optical illusion
Traditional light source would give out red light wave during shine and this wave length is not damage eyes when the radiation is more than 780nm. Most of myopia is caused by working and studying in the room in a long period of time and depending on traditional lighting. On the contrary, LED Lighting mainly depends on blue light chip and yellow fluorescent powder and the wave length is between 380 to 780nm. Besides, there's no ultraviolet or infrared ray. As a high quality LED, the CRI is always bigger than 85. Compared with traditional lighting, LED owns relatively full spectrum, it won't aggravate myopia at least.
4. Brand
A good LED light is able to minimize the damage of eyes. Therefore, consumer is suggested to pick up high quality LED brand.

The imported high end products are mainly high power lamps. There are few domestic enterprises that can make high power LED lights, especially those with high standards. Light sources for products such as street light, vehicle light and mobile phone flash light are mainly imported. 

The Application of LED

The application area of LED is very widely, mainly including communication, customer electronic, automobile, lighting, signal lamp, etc. In general, it is divided into five areas, such as backlight, lighting, electronic equipment, display screen and automobile.

1. Automobile: Both the internal and external of automobile are used LED. The application of internal part contains dashboard, loudspeaker box and other indicator lamp, while the external part includes safety light, left and right rear light, directional light, and so on. At present, in the various series of European automobile, Audi, BMW and Forth are applied to highlight LED. Besides, Toyota is also the first to change the back light of dashboard into highlight LED. There's no exception about the other automobile brands.  
2. Backlight: It is mainly used in the backlight of mobile phone, which is the biggest market of SMD product application. Even though the growth rate of mobile phone is obviously slow in the recent two years, it's estimated that there's about 400 million per year. Each mobile phone needs two pieces LED backlight and six pieces of SMD LED. Therefore, 400 million mobile phones totally need 3200 million pieces of LED.
3. Display screen: As an emerging presentation medium, LED display screen has developed rapidly with the high speed progress of large scale integrated circuit and computer technology. Compared with traditional display medium, it has already been widely used in every walk of life with the advantage of highlight, good effect of display, low failure, little energy consumption, long lifetime, various of display contents, rich method of display, cost performance, etc.  
4. Electronic equipment and lighting: Depending on the feature of little energy consumption, small volume and long lifetime, LED has become the first choice of various indicators light of electronic equipment. So far, nearly all electronic equipment has needed LED.
In terms of lighting, LED has become the essential part of outside and industrial light, including led high bay, led area light, LED flood light, etc. With the increase of luminous efficiency and decrease of price, it would be accepted by more and more people.

The Difference between LED High Bay and LED Flood Light

led high bay, also named LED High Shed light, is the essential part of city industrial lighting. It is a generic term of fixtures which are used in working area, including factory, mine, warehouse, high shed.
LED High Bay is not any able to be applied in the lighting of usual environment, but also in the lighting of some special environment, such as anti-explosion and anti-corrosion. There is a remarkable sign in LED High Bay and that is anti-explosion sign. It's a quite complex process during working in mine. Besides, fixture is easy to crack if it is used in such condition. Therefore, in order to distinguish LED High Bay and ordinary light, it is always marked as an Ex d II CT6 anti-explosion signs.
The appearance of LED High Bay has both round and square in order to solve the problem of heat dissipation, which is different from traditional high bay. At present, LED High Bay is always applied to 1W big power LED lamp bead and a few companies even choose 3W or much higher LED lamp bead because of their skillful heat dissipation technology, which is suitable for the lighting of large-scale area and building lighting.

LED flood light is a point light source which is able to equably shine in all directions. Besides, the shine angels could change freely and is able to generate shadow. It is most widely used in the production of design sketch to light up the whole scene. If choose several LED Flood Light to work together, the effect of the scene is much better.
LED Flood Light is different from spot light. Its light beam is highly diffuse without direction. Therefore, its shadow is gentle and transparency. When used in object lighting, the reduced speed of light is much slower than spot light so that it looks like a source without any shadow.
