How to Improve Efficiency of LED Flood Light Purchasing


LED Lighting enterprises can cut LED flood light purchasing process into two pieces. The first is preparation work to be executed by development department and cooperated by purchasing group, time and personnel shall be integrated to develop efficiently and effectively; the second phase is purchase implementation. The purchasing department will finish the following work of purchasing documents, sample lamps and orders. Improved process can greatly shorten purchasing time and improve purchasing efficiency. This process requires results from new purchasing development evaluation to guarantee effective purchasing of needed material, avoiding resource waste.
Every employee will receive job related specialized training, such as LED Lights knowledge training for technicians, negotiating skills training for purchasing staff. Except for professional skills, culture training is available for each employee. The culture training will be held regularly in the company to seed corporate culture deep in every employee's mind.
